YOUR WEDDING DATA, EXPLAINED

Privacy Policy

Effective September 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how A to I Do collects, uses, shares, and deletes information when you use atoido.com and related services.

Information we collect

  • Account information from your sign-in provider, such as name, email address, account identifier, and profile image.
  • Wedding information you enter, including couple name, date, location, guests, phone numbers, RSVP and opt-in status, vendors, budgets, notes, events, and scheduled messages.
  • Registry URLs, extracted product identifiers, sync status, and public registry-display information.
  • Payment metadata from Stripe, such as checkout status, amount, currency, Stripe customer and session identifiers, and text credits purchased. We do not receive or store your complete card number.
  • Technical and usage information needed to authenticate users, secure the Service, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and determine account activity.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize your wedding workspace, authenticate accounts, process purchases, allocate text credits, schedule and deliver requested communications, sync registries, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability.

When information is shared

We share information only as needed with service providers that operate the Service, such as Google and Firebase for authentication and hosting, Stripe for payments, an enabled messaging provider such as Telnyx or Plivo, Amazon and registry-processing providers, and professional advisers or authorities when legally required. We do not sell guest contact lists.

SMS consent and mobile information

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the services of that campaign. We may share personal data, including SMS opt-in or consent status, with service providers that help deliver the messaging program, including platform providers and phone companies. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Retention and deletion

Accounts with a wedding date are permanently deleted 14 days after that date. Accounts marked “Not sure yet” are permanently deleted after 90 consecutive days without activity. Any unused text credits are forfeited when an account is deleted.

You may also delete your account immediately from Settings. Backups and security logs may persist for a limited period where technically necessary or legally required, then are removed or anonymized. Payment and compliance records may be retained when required for tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You can review and update wedding information in Settings, correct guest and vendor records in the applicable tabs, disconnect a registry, opt contacts out of messaging, or delete your account. Contact support@atoido.com to request access, correction, or assistance with deletion.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will present material changes through the Service or request renewed acceptance when appropriate.
